  • carrot – 1
  • onion – 1
  • red pepper – 1
  • celery – 1
  • potato – 1

Ingredients :

  • leaves of 2 cauliflowers
  • spinach – 200 g
  • grated cheddar – 150 g
  • milk – 500 ml
  • butter – 50 g
  • all-purpose flour – 50 g
  • breadcrumbs – 40 g
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp. tsp

Preparation :

  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower leaves and spinach.
  2. Dip them in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
